About the Position


We are seeking a Senior QA Engineer with strong manual testing expertise to safeguard the quality of web and mobile applications running on AWS cloud for our international clients. The ideal candidate has deep experience in test design, execution and defect management, communicates confidently in English with global stakeholders, and — as a strong plus — brings hands-on test-automation experience to accelerate regression and release cycles.

Responsibilities


    • Analyse business/technical requirements and specifications; design, write and maintain detailed test cases, test scenarios and test data.
    • Execute functional, regression, integration, exploratory, UI/UX and cross-platform testing across web and mobile (iOS/Android) applications.
    • Test cloud-hosted systems on AWS, validating behaviour, integrations and performance of applications deployed on AWS services.

    • Log, track and manage defects with clear reproduction steps, screenshots and severity; verify fixes and prevent regressions.

Requirements


    • From 6+ years of experience in software QA / testing, with strong hands-on manual testing.
    • Proven experience testing both web and mobile (iOS/Android) applications, including cross-browser and crossdevice testing.
    • Hands-on experience testing applications hosted on AWS cloud (e.g., EC2, S3, API Gateway, CloudWatch, RDS); comfortable validating cloud-based environments.
    • Experience testing microservices-based architectures, including service-to-service integration, API contracts and distributed workflows.
    • Experience testing multi-tenant (SaaS) applications, including tenant isolation, data segregation and role/permission validation.
    • Solid understanding of STLC, test-design techniques and the defect lifecycle.
    • Experience with API testing (Postman/Swagger) and basic SQL for data validation.
    • Familiar with test-management and defect-tracking tools (Jira, Xray, TestRail or similar).

About the DevOps Lead Position


We are building a new product from the ground up using a modern AWS Serverless-first architecture, and we are looking for a DevOps Lead to establish and grow our DevOps function. This is a leadership role: you will build and lead the DevOps team, define the infrastructure vision, standards and roadmap, and own the reliability, security and cost-efficiency of the platform end to end.

The stack is built around CloudFront + S3 (Frontend), AppSync + Lambda (Backend API), Aurora PostgreSQL + MongoDB (Databases), with multi-tenant authentication managed at the DB layer. As the founding DevOps Lead, you will set technical direction while partnering closely with Engineering and Product leadership and reporting to the Engineering Manager / CTO.

Responsibilities


1.Team Leadership & DevOps Function Building

    • Build, lead and grow the DevOps team — hiring, onboarding, mentoring and performance management.
    • Define the DevOps vision, standards, runbooks and operational playbooks.
    • Establish a strong DevOps culture, shift-left security and engineering best practices across teams.

Key Responsibilities


    • Review and analyze project requirements and technical documentation.
    • Write and execute test cases based on business and functional requirements.
    • Perform various types of manual testing: functional, regression, UI/UX.
    • Log, report, and track bugs/issues in bug-tracking tools (e.g., Jira).
    • Collaborate closely with developers, BAs, and product owners.
    • Participate in test planning and daily stand-up meetings.
    • Support UAT phase and ensure product quality before release.
    • Document test results and contribute to continuous process improvement.

Required Skills and Qualifications


    • 1-2 months of experience in software/manual testing.
    • Understanding of Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC).
    • ISTQB certified or completed a recognized testing course/training program (plus).
    • Familiar with writing test cases, bug reports, and test documentation.
    • Strong logical thinking and attention to detail.
    • Good English communication skills (reading, writing, and speaking).
    • Positive, proactive, and eager to learn.
